The Who’s Roger Daltrey wants to pass his legacy of charity and good works to Oasis or Stereophonics frontmen Noel Gallagher and Kelly Jones.
Daltrey has asked both of them to consider managing fundraising concerts for the charity Teenage Cancer Trust, something The Who singer/songwriter has done since 2000.
‘I would love to find someone from a younger generation to take over from me. It does take an awful lot of energy. I call it my yearly breakdown,’ Daltrey said.
Roger Daltrey is currently in Australia, where he performed for charity at the Australian Grand Prix.
