The suit Sean Penn wore in his Oscar winning role as Harvey Milk, in the film Milk, has sold at charity auction for $12 500 US.
The suit, including pin and tie, created by Danny Glicker was auctioned off online through Clothes Off Our Back to benefit Variety The Childrens Charity of Southern California and The Hetrick-Martin Institute.
Activist and radio personality Tom Gregory put in the winning charity auction bid for Sean Penn’s suit.
