The Bartlesville Heart Walk will be Saturday, April 25th, 2009 at OWU.
The tents open at 8:30am &150 more than 300 participants are expected to join employees, friends and family to celebrate their fundraising and lifestyle change efforts and to honor all survivors of heart disease and stroke.
We're out to beat that total in 2008 and you can help. The Heart Walk is an annual 5K non-competitive walking event designed to bring public awareness to physical activity and a heart-healthy lifestyle, while raising the critical dollars needed to fund the life-saving mission of the American Heart Association. The 2009 Heart Walk chair is Jean Jensen, Bluestem Cardiology.
