On August 23, help more children experience the thrill and wonder of museum visits by attending the Summer Splash! Gala 2024 of Hands On Children’s Museum. Happening at the Outdoor Discovery Center at the Museum, enjoy a night filled with great food, cool music, and awesome company. Funds raised from this event will help the museum continue their mission which is to inspire “all children to love to learn regardless of ethnicity, ability, gender, or income.”

The Summer Splash! Gala is the Hands On Children’s Museum’s annual major fundraising event to support free and reduced Access Programs. Save the date to join us on Friday, August 23, in the Outdoor Discovery Center at the Museum.
Seymour Simon, a writer of science books for children, said, “I’m more interested in arousing enthusiasm in kids than in teaching the facts.
