If you love sweets and you live around Central Ohio, mark your calendars for The Bake Sale of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Ohio. RMHC of Central Ohio’s longest-running fundraiser, expect a variety of mouthwatering cookies, pies, cakes, and cupcakes to be offered during the event! There will also be an option to pre-order the organization’s famous pumpkin rolls so remember to do that. This delicious fundraising event will happen on November 15 at the Columbus Ronald McDonald House. Proceeds raised will go to ensuring that RMHC of Central Ohio, one of the largest Ronald McDonald Houses in the world, can continue to provide “a homeaway-from-home for families of hospitalized children.”

The Bake Sale is the longest-running fundraiser of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Ohio. Our devoted donors and volunteers create their delicious specialties and offer them up at the event to be sold a week before Thanksgiving – just in time for the holiday season. Throughout the day, we see hundreds of community members stop by to support the charity. We also offer our famous pumpkin rolls to be pre-ordered. For years, they have been the #1 selling item at The Bake Sale. This year, we are projecting to sell more than 800 pumpkin rolls. In order to maximize the funds raised, we rely on the generosity of donors to supply ingredients and materials needed to make this event a success.

Helen Keller, author and disability rights advocate, once said, “Believe, when you are most unhappy, that there is something for you to do in the world. So long as you can sweeten another’s pain, life is not in vain.” Remember to drop by The Bake Sale RMHC of Central Ohio on November 14 and avail of some sweet treats that will not only make you happy, but will also help hundreds of families in need.
