Every life lost on the road leaves a lasting impact on families, friends and communities. Amber Community supports people affected by road trauma through counselling, education and practical assistance, while working to reduce the harm caused by road incidents.
Time for Remembering returns on Sunday, November 15, 2026, at Queen’s Hall in Parliament House, Melbourne, bringing people together to honour loved ones who have died or been injured on Australian roads. The ceremony will also be available via livestream, allowing people to participate from wherever they are.
Amber Community warmly invites you to our 26th Time for Remembering ceremony.

Now in its 26th year, the annual gathering coincides with the World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims. It offers a respectful space for families and communities to remember those they have lost, acknowledge survivors and recognise the people working to make roads safer.
The ceremony is free to attend, and participants can submit the name of a loved one to be acknowledged. Those wishing to honour someone or join this meaningful community gathering can find the event details here.
