Warner, founder of care in the home venture Miracle Workers. Ms Darwin is a founder partner of Cardiff-based Darwin Gray and in just seven years the practice has grown to a nine-partner firm with a total head count of 25. The firm is also now recognised in both Legal 500 and Chambers, which also highlights a number of its partners as leaders in their fields, including Ms Darwin for employment. She has championed the philosophy that it is possible to achieve a decent work-life balance, even in a traditionally male-dominated field such as law. Ms Parsons launched Newport-based GoCompare in 2006. It has grown rapidly in terms of head count and market share. It was the first comparison site to focus on displaying the product features of an insurance policy, rather than just listing prices.
