Sinead Desmond has revealed that none of her Ireland AM colleagues will be guests at her wedding.
Sinead is set to tie the knot to Davie Ryan in a romantic 17th-century chateau north of Bordeaux in France tomorrow. And while a whole host of Irish stars have confirmed that they will attend the lavish bash, her co-stars on TV3’s morning show will not be able to make it. Presenters Mark Cagney, Alan Hughes and weathergirl Anna Daly were forced to turn down invitations because they have so much work and so many charity events on. The couple are planning to hold an “Irish hoolie of a wedding” in the French town of Aubeterre and hope that everyone will up dancing till six in the morning. “This is the biggest thing I will have ever done in my life. I take this very seriously and things matter more to me now,” said Sinead. But Alan Hughes (41) had to turn down the invitation as he had already made plans to assist in a charity event for kids.
“It sounds like the wedding will be the best of fun and I wish I could be there,” he said.
