General Information
The Winship 5K run/walk is a family-friendly event held on the Emory University campus and benefitting cancer research at Winship Cancer Institute of Emory University. In 2022, the twelfth annual event held in-person and virtually raised more than $1,000,000. To date, the event has raised over $8.4 million in support of cancer research at Winship Cancer Institute.

Join us on October 7, 2023 for the Winship 5K run/walk! You can create a team or join the Winship 5K as an individual. We invite you to set a $250 minimum fundraising goal and encourage your friends, family and co-workers to join you in making a difference in the fight against cancer. The event website will open for registration in late spring 2023.
