Are you a fan of heights? Are you based in Toronto? Are you concerned about the future of wildlife? If you answered yes to all these questions, then WWF’s CN Tower Climb for Nature 2024 is the event for you! Happening on April 20-21, 2024 you can select to join the Saturday Climb on the 20th, the Sunday Climb on the 21st , or the Elite Climb scheduled on the 21st as well. Funds raised from this event will go to the various conservation programs of the World Wildlife Fund Canada, an organization who has been protecting Canada’s threatened species and habitat for more than 50 years.
WWF’s CN Tower Climb for Nature has become an annual tradition with more than 140,000 people climbing the iconic tower’s 1,776 steps. Join us to celebrate 32 years of coming together to reach remarkable heights for nature and wildlife.
You can register to climb as an individual or with a team of friends, family, colleagues, or fellow students. There is a registration fee of $25 and minimum fundraising amount of $125 to climb. Children 13 to 17 years of age can register for free until January 31, 2024 by inviting a child to a group registration, or using the promo code PandaPaws.
Register today to climb and join a movement to protect and restore nature, reverse wildlife loss and fight climate change.
According to the study that the World Wildlife Fund released last year, there has been a 69% decrease in wildlife since 1970 due to the loss of biodiversity and climate change. Some scientists even believe that we are already in the midst of the sixth mass extinction, but we can still do something to stop this. Remember what the Lorax in Dr. Seuss’ The Lorax said, “Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot, nothing is going to get better. It’s not.” Show that you care for the environment. Show that you care for animals. Show that you care for the future of the planet. Book your tickets to the WWF’s CN Tower Climb for Nature 2024 here now.
