Jennifer Hudson records Lullaby for Pampers

Singer, Jennifer Hudson took inspiration from her own experiences as a mom to record a special lullaby.

The “Spotlight” hit maker, who has a 2-year-old son, David, collaborated with baby care brand Pampers to release the nighttime song, set to the famous Brahms’ Lullaby.

Pampers bosses are commemorating its release by making a $100,000 donation to Hudson’s charity, the Julian D. King Gift Foundation to benefit moms, toddlers and babies.

Hudson says, “I am so thrilled to participate in this special project with Pampers. And I’m so proud to be recording a very special rendition of my favorite classic lullaby melody, ‘Lullaby And Good Night.’”

Hudson previously revealed that her son appears to have inherited her passion for music, and insisted, “The other night he was having a fit screaming, and someone turns on the music and he just stops and calms down. And I was exactly the same way as a baby. Sometimes when he cries, I try to harmonize!”
