Christmas trees, nutcrackers, nativity scenes, mistletoes, gingerbread houses, garlands, stockings, and wreaths — these are just some of the most common decorations you see every Christmas. What if you were given the chance to create your very own Christmas wreath under the tutelage of an award-winning florist, would you take it? On December 14, Exeter Friends of Hospiscare will be holding Christmas Wreath Making Workshop 2024 at The Coaver Club, Exeter. For two and a half hours, you will learn how to create a luxurious Christmas wreath out of fresh moss, pinecones, dried hydrangea heads, sparkly baubles, ribbons, and more, from award-winning florist, Tina Parkes. Funds raised from this workshop will go to Hospiscare whose mission is “to provide compassionate, expert end-of-life care to those in need – before, during and after death.”
