Are you a fan of curry—not the basketball player, but the dish? If you said yes and live around Felixstowe, save the evening of November 6 for St Elizabeth Hospice’s Charity Curry Night! Enjoy hearty curry to warm you up as the weather gets colder. Think aromatic onions, garlic, and ginger, rich spices and masalas, and a flavorful sauce made with tomatoes, coconut milk, or cream, paired with proteins and vegetables ranging from chicken to tofu and lentils. To spice things up even more, the evening will feature raffle games and a DJ spinning Bollywood hits and music from the ’60s to the ’80s. Funds raised will support St Elizabeth Hospice in providing free care to more than 4,000 people living with progressive or life-limiting illnesses across East and Mid Suffolk, Great Yarmouth, and Waveney, as well as support for their families.
