Not only will you discover the proper way of making dumpling wrappers, filling, and shaping them, you’ll also get to eat your delicious creations at the end of the session! Proceeds raised from this wonton-derful event will go to Cyrenians, an organization who aims to teach the underprivileged basic cooking and food hygiene and helps them get warm food in their bellies.

Join Shuxin and learn how to make delicious dumplings on Saturday 21 February 2026 from 11am – 2:30pm.
Come and spend a fun filled morning with us learning how to make delicious Chinese dumplings. You will learn to make the dumpling wrappers and then how to expertly fill and shape them. We will make both a vegetarian and a meat version, you can make some of each or choose just one filling to make if vegetarian.
A light lunch is included.
