Some rare diseases cause extreme pain every day. One of these conditions is epidermolysis bullosa (EB), sometimes called “butterfly skin.” It makes the skin very fragile and easy to tear. People living with EB need constant care and support.

DEBRA helps children and adults living with EB. They fund research, provide patient support, and work to improve treatments and quality of life for those affected by this rare condition. To support this mission, they are hosting a special fundraising dinner.

The DEBRA Great Chefs’ Dinner 2026 will take place on Monday, 28 September 2026 at The Langham, London. Hosted by Michel Roux, the evening will feature a black-tie dinner in the Grand Ballroom with celebrity chefs, fine wines, and a curated gourmet menu. This event helps fund research and support services for people living with EB. It supports care, treatment development, and programs that improve daily life for patients and families.

Hosted by Michel Roux, the DEBRA Great Chefs’ Dinner returns to The Langham, London on Monday 28 September 2026.

DEBRA’s annual Great Chefs’ Dinner is a hugely popular sell-out event attracting a stellar line up of celebrity chefs. The sumptuous black-tie dinner, now in its eleventh year, will take place in the dazzling Grand Ballroom. DEBRA Ambassador Michel Roux will once again host the evening and will lead the culinary team and menu on the night. The gourmet food will be accompanied by an expert selection of fine wines.

Last year’s 10th anniversary Great Chefs Dinner raised an incredible £240,000, helping DEBRA to support people living with the rare, extremely painful skin condition, epidermolysis bullosa (EB), also known as ‘butterfly skin’.
