Breast cancer continues to affect individuals and families across Australia, making research and awareness important in the effort to improve outcomes and work toward a future where fewer people lose their lives to the disease. Fundraising events can help provide valuable support for research while bringing communities together around the cause.
Saint Andrew Society of Western Australia is bringing the community together through a fundraising afternoon supporting the National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) and the Pink Ribbon cause. Funds raised will contribute toward breast cancer research and NBCF’s vision of Zero Deaths from breast cancer. The 2026 National Breast Cancer Foundation Fundraiser will take place on Sunday, 25 October 2026, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Yokine Bowling Club, Wordsworth Avenue, Yokine.
The event is a Ladies’ Paint & Sip Afternoon Tea, offering guests the chance to enjoy a relaxed and creative afternoon with friends while supporting breast cancer awareness and research. No painting experience is required. Guests can sip, paint, laugh, and create their own wee Highland coo while enjoying an afternoon surrounded by friends and supporters of the cause.
Tickets are $90 and include afternoon tea, a glass of bubbles on arrival, and a wee cuddle with a Highland coo. With tickets limited, the fundraiser offers a fun way to spend an afternoon while contributing to breast cancer research and supporting NBCF’s goal of achieving zero deaths from breast cancer. The 2026 National Breast Cancer Foundation Fundraiser is more than an afternoon of painting and refreshments—it is an opportunity to come together with friends, raise awareness, and support research that could help create a future free from deaths caused by breast cancer.
Grab your girlfriends and join here for an afternoon of painting, friendship, and fundraising for breast cancer research.
