Get involved BANK workers swopped their suits for sports gear when they were joined by former Aston Villa star Tony Daley in a charity
mission. Staff from Natwest Birmingham Law Courts Branch, together with their friends and family, completed ten laps around the 400-metre running track at Birmingham University. Helen Tyler, branch manager, said: “When we started planning the event I only expected a few of my colleagues to take part, but in the end there were over 20 of us. Everybody had a lot of fun and, most importantly, we raised over £500 for these two very deserving charities. “We were only able to raise these valuable funds because of the generosity of our friends, families and customers including Kababish Restaurant, Tiwana Stores Ltd, St Michael’s Church and Indus Foods, and, of course, Tony for giving up his time and using his footballing skills.”
