Peter Andre has sung at an event to honour boxing legend Muhammad Ali, says a report. The Aussie singer performed a track from his new album at the lunch to celebrate the former world heavyweight champ, says The Sun. Ali was greeted by a massive crowd outside the Britannia Stadium in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffs. Peter, who had originally been a guest at the &pound620-a-ticket charity event, apparently “snapped” at the chance of singing for Ali. Meanwhile, Peter has revealed that he is “excited” about his new role on This Morning. The singer is to be the programme’s new showbiz reporter and has said he is pleased to be able to fit music and television along with caring for his children.
He told the Daily Mirror: “I have loved TV for a long time and as much as music is my passion which I love, I also want to do a lot of TV, I think TV is great.
