finally here. For the next ten days Manchester will be taken over rainbow flags as the city celebrates the lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans community. For the next ten days the gay village will be a non stop hub of excitement as the venues pull out all the stops for the Pride punters, and Pride fever promises to take over the whole city, with festival events taking place at Odd Bar in the Northern Quarter, BBC Manchester on Oxford Road and Urbis. Today the ribbon is cut on Manchester Pride and the festival is declared officially open for business, and there truly is something on offer to tickle everyone
