International soccer star and former Socceroo Tim Cahill is giving back to his hometown of Sydney by establishing a childrens cancer charity.
The Everton midfielders new organization plans to fund research, support services to help patients and families, and help build cancer smart communities. Thecharity will work in partnership with the Cancer Council NSW and aims to raise over $500 000 in the next two years.
Having grown up in Sydney, lost a loved one through cancer, and become a father of three, the international soccer star is looking to make a real difference with the Tim Cahill Cancer Fund For Children.
