Lance Armstrong is using his visit to Australia not just to make his comeback to cycling but also to launch the Livestrong Global Cancer Campaign.
Armstrong has visited a couple of hospitals while in Adelaide, to catch up with and encourage cancer patients fighting the disease.
On Monday, he did the rounds at the Royal Adelaide Hospital, after officially launching the global campaign for the Livestrong Foundation, focusing on raising cancer awareness and encouraging people to stop smoking.
The Cancer Council SA is the official charity partner of the Tour Down Under, the event Lance Armstrong is currently competing in.
