Now that President Barack Obama has officially been elected into office, charity and humanitarian organizations are already on the push for action.
Although commended by PETA for adopting a rescued dog for his daughters, organizations like Amnesty International and Oxfam America are pushing for Obama to immediately right the wrongs of the past administration in relation to human rights, and reaffirm America’s commitment to fighting global poverty.
Now having achieved the historical and monumental milestone, which he and the American people should be congratulated for, the pressure is on for President Barack Obama to implement the change he promised, not only from charity agencies, but from all around the world.
