Adam Bennett celebrated his 30th birthday over the weekend, but his party guests were asked not to bring gifts for him, but to bring food donations for the Salvation Army.
As a party promoter, Bennett knows how to share a good time, and with the demand for the charitys food banks on the increase he figured, I could get two birds with one stone – have my 30th birthday and a charity event.” The big event took place at The Wharf, and the glamorously guests accessoried by arriving with all kinds of foodstuffs to donate.
The Salvation Army thanked the birthday party boy for the gifts, saying “It’s an admirable thing to do and we congratulate him for the initiative.”
