A music event showcasing four bands and a DJ is being held at the EMI Club, in Wells, on Friday, May 29.
It is being run by the Somerset Rural Youth Project, which aims to get people between the ages of 16 and 25 involved in music, theatre and other activities. The event is part of the Bravo project and is being supported by the charity V. Playing during the evening will be The Satellites And I, Echo-head, The Mirtettes (to be confirmed) and Paperfashion with DJ Earthy Manoeuvres also performing. It is hoped this will be the first of many such events. Doors open at 7.30pm with entry costing
