Let’s do a nursery rhyme challenge. Say this out loud for three times, “Pretty bubbles, pretty bubbles in the air. Pretty bubbles, pretty bubbles in my hair!” How did you do? Try it again, but this time, say it faster for six consecutive times. Now, take a deep breath and say it as fast as you can for eight times. If you were able to do it successfully, congratulations you are now ready for Bubble Rush East Sussex! Happening on May 11 at Hampden Park, Eastbourne, this is an event that the whole family is sure to enjoy! Run, jog, walk, or dance through a bubble-filled route, with some bubbles reaching up to four feet high! Funds raised from this frothy run will go to Demelza, an organization who cares for children and young people with serious or life-limiting conditions.

Join us for a sudsy spectacle in May with your friends and family! Bubble Rush is back for it’s 10th year at Demelza and in a brand new venue!

Burst through a rainbow of bubbles up to four feet high in this frothy fun run at in East Sussex.

Our route is family-friendly and you can run, jog, walk, dance or toddle your way through the route!

The route will be two loops, meaning you get covered in bubbles a fantastic eight times! If that’s a few too many bubbles, don’t worry, you can peel off after one loop.

The course is suitable for pushchairs and wheelchairs, and there’s no minimum or maximum age limit.
