Canadian Red Cross Event Brings Unity and Action Together

A Montreal fundraising event supports the Canadian Red Cross’s work helping communities prepare for and recover from emergencies.

The Canadian Red Cross will bring supporters together on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at the St-James Theatre in Old Montreal, for its 21st Annual Fundraising Event. The evening centers on a simple but powerful idea: when people act together, communities recover faster and stronger.

By attending, you’re helping ensure volunteers are ready, emergency resources are in place, and people affected by disasters receive timely, compassionate support—from shelter and meals to emotional and financial assistance. Contributions from the event strengthen the Red Cross’s ability to respond in moments when help cannot wait.

For guests, the night is a chance to stand with others who believe humanitarian action matters—locally, nationally, and beyond borders—especially in a world where needs continue to evolve.

Be part of the movement that turns unity into action.

Driven by Unity, Powered by Action!
We are delighted to invite you to the 21st Canadian Red Cross Annual Fundraising Event, taking place on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at the majestic St-James Theatre in the heart of Old Montreal.

Under the theme Mobilis, our humanitarian gathering will celebrate the strength of a collective movement in action—one that transcends borders and adapts to the realities of a rapidly changing world.

Funds raised will support the recruitment and training of volunteers, ensure the availability of essential emergency equipment, and above all, provide individuals affected by disasters with the support they need to recover quickly: safe shelter, hot meals, weather-appropriate clothing, emotional care, material and financial assistance, and much more.
