After five days in town the trial travels from Forbes to Tweed Heads via Coonabarabran and Glen Innes in the lead up to the
World Rally Championship. Outback Links is a valuable program to people living in remote and isolated areas providing skilled volunteers to families or communities in need. The trial in Forbes is going to be a fantastic event with lots of colour and action. With around 45 competitors and an army of support Forbes will play host to around 250 followers of the trial and the public is welcome to become involved by attending scheduled events. Scrutineering of the vehicles will take place at Jelbart Dawson prior to a public viewing on Sunday in Harold Street from 3.30pm to 7pm prior to an official welcome at the Town Hall. Monday will see the competitors take off for Condobolin between 9am-10am in Harold Street to return to the showground around 1.30pm. Tuesday morning the vehicles will leave Gordon Duff Drive from 8am.
