The charity event will be open to the public (only $10 for spectators) and feature wheel-to-wheel racing action with more than 25 Hollywood celebrities
from the world of entertainment and athletics. K1 Speed features environmentally friendly, high-performance electric karts that can reach speeds of 45mph and the action is sure to be intense! Among the celebrities currently expected to participate are and Michael Rosenbaum, who played Lex Luther on the hit television show “Smallville.” Taking place between 10AM and 4PM, the event will feature a driver orientation meeting for participants, a celebrity introduction and race, and patron competition between 11AM and 1PM. The top 6 patrons will receive prizes and the individual with the fastest time of the day will be awarded a 4 day / 3 night stay at the Estrella del Mar vacation resort in Mazatlan, Mexico! Driver fees are $15 for a 12 lap race and spectators can watch the action from the sidelines and talk with entertainers and athletes for only $10!
