We are proud to announce that Her Majesty the Queen Mother of Bhutan, Dorji Wangmo Wangchuk, has graciously confirmed her attendance. Her Majesty serves as the President of the Tarayana Foundation, which has been our partner charity for six medical missions to Bhutan.
