(Sexual Abuse/Assault Victim Empowering) Ministry will present a balloon release ceremony that will serve as an outward expression for survivors and their loved ones to release past pain and trauma from 10 a.m. to noon Sept. 12 at Lewisville City Hall, 151 W.
