Footy legend David Parkin is turning his tragic legacy of prostate cancer into an awareness campaign for the fellas.
The former AFL footballer and coach is urging men to suck it up when it comes to the embarrassment and discomfort of having a prostate exam, because early detection is just too important.
Take it from him because David Parkin really does know, he lost not just his dad but his grandfather to prostate cancer, and is himself now in recovery from recent prostate cancer surgery.
