Three events to raise funds A FOUNDATION set up by a young South Wales man who died of a brain tumour two years ago
is hosting three fundraising events this April. The Ed Evans Foundation, named after its founder who died at the age of 27, has so far raised more than £60,000 for charity and is hoping to add to that sum this spring. On Wednesday, April 1, a fund-raising track day will be held at Llandow Circuit near Cowbridge where you can drive your own car on the circuit for £95. The “Here to Help” events will be held on Monday, March 2, at St David’s Community Centre, Rhymney between 1pm and 3pm Tuesday, March 3, at Bargoed Community Centre between 11am and 1pm and, on Wednesday, March 4, at Bedwas Rugby Club between 11am and 1pm.
