Have you ever experienced back pain? If you answered yes, you are not alone. Globally, nearly 1 in 10 people suffer from back pain. According to the Global Burden of Disease Study, low back pain is the leading cause of disability worldwide. This can be particularly troublesome for some people as it can affect the quality of their lives and of the people around them. For this reason, Eurospine was created.
With the vision “To be the driving force and the primary and preferred partner in Europe and beyond for all spinal care issues,” Eurospine has different programs to help people with spine problems, including research and rehabilitation. All of these come with a cost though and as a non-profit organization, they need the public’s help. On October 4, the 5th edition of the Eurospine Foundation Charity Run will happen in Frankfurt, Germany. Proceeds from this event will fund the organization’s research and patient treatment programs.
We are thrilled to announce that the EUROSPINE Foundation (ESF) Charity Run will be taking place again this year in Frankfurt. This marks the 5th edition of the run, which first took place in Barcelona in 2018 as part of our celebration of EUROSPINE’s 20th anniversary. This year, as we commemorate our 25th anniversary, we look forward to continuing this tradition with the support of our dedicated participants.
By registering for the run, you will receive a high-quality running shirt that is included in the registration fee. As a special anniversary edition, this year’s shirt is not to be missed! Most importantly, your registration fee will be entirely donated to ESF, helping us to advance knowledge of spinal disorders and improve the standard of care for patients with back and neck problems.
