August 15, 2009 I want to thank the fairgoers who attended the 2009 Middlesex County Fair and helped support the 15 local area charities
that participated in this year’s Charity Challenge Event. Particularly in these difficult economic times, the fairgoers displayed great generosity contributing in excess of $2,200 to the charities with the winner, Middlesex County Right to Life, accounting for more than $900 of the total. As this year’s winner, Middlesex County Right to Life received an additional $500 from Bonamici, Colletti, PC, CPAs of Spotswood as top prize. In addition, two other prizes were awarded. East Brunswick Lions Club received $100 from Mikie D’s Texas BBQ, and Embrace Kids Foundation received $50 from MyUpbeatNews.com. We extend our appreciation to everyone who helped make the Charity Challenge successful for our participating charities, and hope to see everyone again at the 2010 Middlesex County Fair. KIRK A.
