A FAMILY fun day was held in Clevedon to collect cash for a children’s charity.
The event took place in Queen’s Square where performances were put on by Val Vella Line Dancing, Al Capella singing group and Bristol Pipe and Drums. A puppet show was also put on for youngsters and Simon the Magician performed at Kush throughout the day. There were also many stalls for visitors to browse and a bouncy castle for children to enjoy. During the event, which was arranged by the Clevedon Friends of Children’s Hospice South West, £1,630 was raised for the charity.
