Point Resort and Spa. The Flavors Gala is a national culinary event that spotlights 28 of San Diegos premier chefs and creates a one-of-a-kind gourmet experience for each guest. Proceeds from the Gala will directly benefit the American Liver Foundation – San Diego Chapter, helping the Association in the fight against over 100 known liver and gallbladder diseases. During the Gala, each chef prepares a five course culinary extravaganza with wine pairings for their personal table of ten guests. The evening begins with a cocktail reception and silent auction, at the end of which guest will join their cuisine aficionado who will be hosting them at each table.
