Will be cycling 25 miles(!) this Saturday in the “Coast the Coast for MS” charity event. We need to be at Monmouth University by 9:00am Saturday. I’m looking for a great place for J and I to have a hearty omelet etc, on the drive over from the Princeton area. Prefer no chains and hopefully quick, dine and dash service! Americana Diner on RT 130 in East Windsor, a few hundred feet north of interesction with RT 571. Nice selection of hearty omelets and very good french toast too.
