A giant condom floated overhead at a Dutch festival, as part of the (GGD) Dutch public health service’s campaign for safe sex.
The 40 meter high pink elongated hot air balloon wasmarked with the words Vrij Veilig, safe sex in Dutch,and is expected to reach more than 80 000 young motor-cross/concert festival goers.
The huge pink balloon took three months to make, from concept to design to construction, and about 15 minutes for Virgin Balloon Flight workers to fill and raise.
Organizers are planning to submit the giant safe sex condom to the Guinness Book of World Records as the World’s Biggest Condom.
