Just one day after Halloweeeen, Heal the Bay will join in the fun of the 9th Annual Festival De La Gente, Day of the Dead Festival.
Heal the Bay, mourning the recent loss of founding president Dorothy Green, will have an Eco-Zone at the festival where festival goers can enjoy family-friendly educational activities.
The festival, a huge day of entertainment and activities, will be held this year at the Barker Block.
