Another Option hosts ‘Relocation Sale’ The Shelter for Abused Women & Children’s Another Option Thrift Shoppe is hosting a Relocation Sale Friday, May 1st
through Saturday, May 9, 2009, in preparation for the store’s mid-May relocation. In addition to the Relocation Sale, the store is announcing new days and hours of operation, effective Friday, May 1, 2009: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., year-round. “Our customers have been very loyal and we look forward to offering them deep discounts before the move to our new site, as well as providing shoppers an expanded children’s department and home furnishings area in the new 3,800 square-foot location,” explains Another Option Manager Pasty Shea. Another Option joins The Shelter’s first resale store, Options Thrift Shoppe (located at 968 Second Avenue North), in providing victims and survivors of domestic violence the opportunity to shop, using complimentary vouchers, for the items needed as they rebuild their lives free from domestic abuse. Another Option Thrift Shoppe, currently located at 5239 Golden Gate Parkway, is open Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Effective May 1, the new store hours will be 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday. The Shelter for Abused Women & Children, Collier County’s certified domestic violence center, has served more than 50,000 individuals since 1989, providing programs and services designed to prevent domestic violence before it begins advocating for societal changes to end domestic violence in our community and meeting the immediate and long-term needs of victims and survivors.
