London to Brighton Bike Ride 2026 Supports Heart Research

A charity cycling event raising funds for heart disease research and awareness.

Heart disease is one of the leading causes of death. Many people are affected by heart problems every year. Research and prevention can help save lives. Community support plays a big role in funding this work.

British Heart Foundation works to fund research and raise awareness about heart and circulatory diseases. They help improve treatment and support people living with heart conditions. To support this mission, they host the London to Brighton Bike Ride.

The event will take place on Sunday, June 21, 2026. Riders can choose a 54-mile route from Clapham Common to Brighton Seafront, or a shorter 20.5-mile route starting at Ardingly. Start times run from early morning, with support available along the way. When people take part, they help fund life-saving research and improve care for those with heart disease. Their effort helps bring us closer to better treatments and prevention.

Register here to support heart research and help save lives.

With start times suiting all abilities and rest stops offering refreshments, medical assistance, and mechanics, you’ll be supported the whole way. We also offer training plans, helpful resources, and logistics for you and your bike.
