Starship Foundation Trustee Lucy Lawless spent time this week making beds with Lorraine Lea Linen, who donated $115 000 to the childrens charity.
The linen company had raised funds in August through the Party for Kids with Cancer initiative, to help rebuild the Starship Hospital’s cancer unit.
Lucy Lawless took part in a bed making competition in Starship’s Atrium, and accepted a giant check on behalf of the Starship Foundation.
