“Racing for various local charities.” The first race is May 17 at 2 p.m. with all proceeds going to Ele’s Place, which is a healing center for grieving children throughout the Lansing and Ann Arbor regions. Admission is $5 per vehicle and the track is located next to Maple Rapids Auto Parts, 8275 W Hyde Road. Load up the family and friends and enjoy an afternoon full of racing excitement, while supporting a charity. Bring your lawn chairs, snacks, beverages or visit the concession stand.
