Melbourne Masquerade Ball
The 2009 Melbourne City Masquerade is a black tie event, held in conjunction with the City of Melbourne and the Cancer Council of Victoria. The event is to be held on June 26th 2009 at the Melbourne Town Hall.
The event features 2 live bands Skarlet Blue (Recently back from a US Tour) and Corrupted Funk, along with music from Melbourne Youth Music and 2 DJ’s all of which have donated their work for the cause. An auction is to be held on the night with items donated from several business around Melbourne including, Retravision, Kodak, Juggernaut PT, Briggins Melbourne, Village Cinemas, Glue and Anchorage by the Lake. Other businesses have pledged their support including Steplightly, Haymes, Ties and Cuffs, McIntosh Signs, Casa San Gabriel and Bendigo Bank.
With tickets capped at 450 people, it is sure to be a massive hit with tickets on $30 per head including entertainment and finger food.
The Fullblue run event is shaping up to be an annual-charitable hit, raising considerable money towards a very needy cause.
