On December 7th EastWeb, in conjunction with local acts ILLZILLA, DIAFRIX and LABJACD and with special dance performances by The Movement Crew will transform the Night Cat in Fitzroy into an extravaganza of hip hop and funk.Our aim is to raise cash and awareness – for Indigenous, Asylum Seekers and Refugee Community initiatives. Its the gig with the lot!
EastWeb is a sub-fund of the Melbourne Community Foundation run by young people working towards achieving social justice through grass roots community development initiatives.
We support Indigenous, Asylum Seekers and Refugee communities in building community capacity and increasing self determination by partnering projects initiated by the communities themselves, ensuring that each project that we support is a collaborative and respectful experience.
