Sick of being stuck at home watching a bunch of goof bags hopelessly competing to be number one by performing endless and excruciatingly easy tasks on pointless reality TV shows
Well now you can get off the couch and join in the fun and games by putting yourself to the test, at the inaugural UNICEF Race Against Poverty.
Held by and in partnership with Monash University Golden Key, the Race Against Poverty will see teams compete against each other (and the clock), by following cryptic clues sending them scampering around Melbourne in the hopes of travelling to as many of our city’s extraordinary sites as possible.
There are great prizes for teams who dock up the most checkpoints in the allocated time – but as always the real winner will be the fight against poverty. UNICEF will benefit from all the money raised, which will go towards their work supporting underprivileged children living in poverty all over the world.
There are limited places for this event so don’t delay! Get a team together and get your tickets asap!
Saturday 17th March 2007 from 2.00 – 5.30pm
members $10, non members $15, and $5 for children under 16
