Women in the United States have a 1 in 8 chance of developing breast cancer at some point in their lives. Aside from skin cancers, this is the most common type of cancer in women. This disease is scary and often isolating, and it is a horrible disease to have to go through alone. Though the current treatments for it are highly effective, they are difficult to go through, and it isn’t a fight that anyone should have to face alone. Receiving support and care from others is essential for people who have been diagnosed with breast cancer, and this support can affect both mental and physical wellbeing.
My Hope Bag is an organization that helps people fighting breast cancer, delivering bags of gifts to them and helping cover the cost of mammograms. This October, they are holding their Annual Golf Tournament to help raise funds for their organization.

The entry fee is $200 per golfer, a 4-person scramble format. The price includes breakfast, a golfer goody bag filled with quality items, 18 holes of golf & cart, Awards Banquet, and lots of fun… all while supporting My Hope Bag in their service to breast cancer warriors!
