The Santa Cruz Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution recognized six high school seniors selected by their schools as Good Citizens.
They are Lauren Seynhaeve, Soquel High, daughter of Julie Lewis and Dirk Seynhaeve and nominated by English Dept. Chairman Robyn Miranda. Hallie Jacobs, Aptos High, daughter of Brad and Teri Jacobs, nominated by counselor Silvestra Adolpho. Lindsay Tracy, Cypress Charter High School, daughter of Martie and Gary Tracy, and nominated by Principal Les Forster. Michelle Pilant, Harbor High, daughter of Kathy Pilant and nominated by counselor Branna Banks. Rio Vander Stahl, Pacific Collegiate, son of Bruce Stahl and Valorie Laan, and nominated by academic counselor Ellen Masten. Milo Van Houten, Santa Cruz High School, son of Tom Van Houten and Stephanie Torres.
