There are a number of events on for National Adoption Awareness Week.
Deborra-Lee Furness (pictured with Elmo) will host a forum featuring Tim Costello and Hugh Evans and moderated by Julian Morrow, and there will also be a concert event, A World of Opportunity, featuring Australian Idol singers.
The Wiggles and Sesame Street characters are even encouraging everyone to take part.
