Neil Diamond has been named the 2009 MusiCares Person of the Year.
The legendary Grammy Award winning artist will officially receive the award honors at the annual Grammy Week gala dinner and concert in Feb.
Neil Diamond is currently donating proceeds from the sale of his concert merchandise to hurricane relief efforts.
Ticket enquiries are being taken now for the event where Neil Diamond will receive the MusiCares Person of the Year award and also play for audiences.
